In-Home Dog Training in Las Vegas
Build skills for the life you share
Your dog's training should help with the moments you live every day: leaving the house, going for a walk, settling while the family is busy, and responding when you need their attention.
A Heros K9 provides private dog training and owner coaching in Las Vegas, Summerlin, Aliante, Enterprise, Centennial Hills, and Tule Springs. Led by Ray Lee, the work starts with understanding your dog, your household, and what you want to change. We build communication and practical skills around that picture.

Why start in your everyday environment?
The way a dog behaves depends partly on what is happening around them. At home, we can see the routines, distractions, and interactions that shape daily life. We can also help you practice where you will actually use the skills.
Your goals might include responding more consistently, walking with better engagement, relaxing in a designated place, or handling everyday activity with clearer guidance. We discuss what matters most to you and use the evaluation to recommend a direction.
As training progresses, appropriate real-world practice can help you work beyond the starting environment. The setting and difficulty should fit the dog and the task. If walks around dogs or people are a particular concern, learn more about leash reactivity training.
You are part of the training
Training continues between appointments. You need to understand what you are practicing, how to communicate it, and what to notice when your dog responds.
Through the YinYang Method, we focus on understanding, structure, communication, and the relationship between dog and owner. Ray explains the work and helps you practice, so you can build consistency in the routines you already share.
Bring the questions that matter to your household: what happens before a difficult moment, what you have already tried, and what an easier day would look like. Those details help shape the work.
What is the first step?
Complete the application with information about your dog, household, training history, and goals. Applying is free, and applications are personally reviewed.
Approved applicants are invited to secure a $200 in-home evaluation. This is a 90–120-minute working session where we observe, work with your dog, help you understand what we see, and discuss a training recommendation. Private scheduling follows approval and successful payment.
The Companion System offers six weeks of structured training, starting at $4,800. Younger dogs who qualify may be recommended for four weeks of foundational Young Dog training, starting at $3,600. Your plan, schedule, and final investment are determined after evaluation. Explore the programs.
Questions about in-home training
Do I participate in the sessions?
Owner education is central to the approach. The goal is for you to understand the work and know what to practice in daily life. Discuss household participation and scheduling in your application.
Can we work on walks as well as behavior at home?
Yes. Walking, engagement, recall, and behavior around distractions can be part of the training goals. The evaluation helps determine the right priorities and environments for your dog.
Do you serve my neighborhood?
We work with owners in Las Vegas, Summerlin, Aliante, Enterprise, Centennial Hills, and Tule Springs. We also serve Henderson and North Las Vegas. Include your city or ZIP code in the application so we can confirm travel and scheduling for your location.
Is the evaluation the entire training program?
No. It is the first working session and the basis for a recommendation. Program training is a separate commitment. Your evaluation fee is credited toward training when the remaining deposit is paid within 14 calendar days of the evaluation.
